Refund and Returns Policy

1. In case of parihara pujas, yantras and prasadam there will be no refund and return will be allowed
2. Returns and Refunds are not accepted.
3. Yantras will be made only after confirming the order and it takes 20 to 25 working days to craft & consecrate in the auspicious timing. Meanwhile, if the order is cancelled, there won’t be any refund. One shall avail a refund if he cancels his order within 24 hours from the time of ordering for the yantras. For the rest of the services like parihara pujas, there are no cancellation policies and refund for the same.
4. In case the product is out of stock after ordering, the customer will be notified immediately after they have made the payment. In case of any discrepancies, the executive will get in touch with the customer via email or phone number provided by customer while placing the order.
5. Exchange of parihara puja / yantras is not possible.
6. NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE on Discounted PRODUCTS or PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGNS.

**Kanchana Pitham reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the above return/exchange requirements are not complied with.
