Guruji is a rare gem who is actually sticking to orthopraxy and making sure that authentic Vidya and tradition is preserved. The class was a bomb of knowledge for me and everytime Guruji speaks, I learn something I never knew, coz his knowledge runs deeper than I have ever known.
The session was absolutely amazing, I was looking to learn Pranayam and I am lucky to have learnt the key methods along with all the logic and knowledge behind what we are doing and why. Guruji makes sure we understand everything and he explains every Question we asked with utter patience. Loved the session. Looking for more.

The pranayama course that is taught by Guruji by his grace encompasses whole of education of Yoga. Guruji’s teachings are taught from tradition and comes from long lineage of Aacharyas. Guruji spends all the time that is needed to clear everyone’s doubt even if it takes hours and that is his grace thus sacrificing his practices. There are many misconceptions and misinformation on social media about yoga and pranayama and Guruji beautifully dispels all the myths and opens your mind towards tradition. I am grateful to receive vidyas from Guruji. I recommend this course for everyone who wants to learn Yoga in authentic manner without any compromises and without any modern myths.

If we look at modern day yoga and pranayama teachers ,they have never taught the internal meaning ,how it might improve our mind and intellect, the correct ratio of inhalation, holding and exhalation of breath.
But here Swamy Chidakasa Bhairava ji has taught us the esoteric meaning of it ,the way it purifies us and rules and regulations to be followed ,which no modern Yoga teacher has taught (or will teach ) that’s why coming back to tradition alone. And great Teachers who live there life with Tradition values can alone teach us ,as Swamyji has taught us extensively in the 2 day class we had.
Eternally gratefull that I could attend His talks.

I didn’t know much about the importance of Pranayama. Now I have a good understanding of the science established by our Maharishis practiced in a very traditional way.
Thanks Guruvar🙏🙇♂️

This is the first time I am receiving Upadesha from Shri Chidakasha Bhairava Ji. Guruji designed this 2-day course in a way that covers the fundamental principles in an in-depth manner, reintroduces us to the traditional practices of Yoga Vidya, especially about Pranayama, supported by his detailed explanation of the processes involved, and finally gives us further clarity on the challenges one might face in this path and ways to overcome them. During this extensive course, Guruji has patiently provided clarifications for our questions, which were backed by both Shastra Pramana and anecdotes from his extensive Sadhana experiences. For these reasons, I found this course to be unique compared to other Yoga Vidya classes, where there is often a lack of clarity and a more superficial approach to the traditional teachings. Finally, I would strongly recommend this course for any serious Sadhakas willing to learn more about the traditional practices of Yoga. We hope Guruji conducts more such classes in the future as well.

I enrolled for this course to learn deeper about the Pranayama practice (techniques), and also to understand how much practice is sufficient for a Grihasta.
Not only did the sessions answer these, they also covered aspects of Yoga I was not familiar with earlier. So many beautiful and simple explanations about our shareera, the different Lokas and Tala and how we keep going to and fro between them in the span of our lives, the focus on Aatman, the Manas and how the breath can help maintain that balance. The sessions not only explained the methods, but also the logic behind them and gave practical ways to tune your practice as you progress.
Guruji teaches in a traditional way, and he doesn’t decorate his vaakyas to please the modern mind. He pours knowledge in its raw form. I recommend this to every true seeker of Yoga practice and of our ancient tradition.
So fortunate to learn from you Guruji

This is the best course in Pranayama as these teachings are not only uprooted from tradition but also a scientific explanation is given for the process. The most important thing I learnt here is that something as simple as pranayama can be so elaborative and a complete journey by itslelf to reach the higher states. As Guruji says the first step is although lower than the 100th step is yet the most important to step to move forward. The types of the yoga and starting with the right kind of food to the types of distractions and obstacles in this path have been beautifully explained by Guruji. Always feel grateful to be learning here.

I have joined this course to learn the pranayama in a traditional way.
Nowadays there are people who are teaching “the breathing exercises” which are lacking the actual target or actual fruit of the pranayama.
If you want to learn pranayama (or any Vidya) in a traditional way, how it should be, where to start, how to progress, what is the ultimate goal, this is the place.
Swamy will explain step by step in detail, all the aspects of the Vidya, also blending his personal experiences along with.
Starting from pindanda brahmanda equivalence, what we are actually meant by and what we are actually doing in pranayama, the three main nadis, different types (levels) of pranayama, goal in each stage, explaining what a yogi experience in each stage in detail and finally what a yogi reaches with all the steps achieved in Asta anga yoga.
Swamy also explained how we can start some basic practices to proceed ourselves in the path and different avastaas we get and how to overcome those.
This is my first course here and I feel that for someone who wants to gain spiritual knowledge in the more traditional way, this is the place.
Thankyou swamy for everything 🙏🏼
