Ottamulachi Amavasya Puja – Brahma Yakshi Mantrika Karma

On the upcoming Amavasya dt: 19/12/2025, we are performing the Ottamulachi Puja, following the Mantrika sampradaya through which Brahma Yakshi shaktis are acknowledged, pacified, and ritually settled.

Ottamulachi is remembered in Kerala’s traditional memory as a Brahma Yakshi, a fierce shakti belonging to the same primordial stream as Karinkutti Chathan. Such shaktis are not approached for material boons, but for shanti, nivaraṇa, and protection, especially when disturbances arise in life, mind, or space.

This puja helps settle fierce and restless yakshi influences that may be affecting a person, family, or space, bringing a sense of calm and stability.
