Reya Shankar –
Reading The Legend of Karinkutti felt less like reading a book and more like being allowed to enter a sacred world. The atmosphere of Kalladikode is brought alive so beautifully in the text that I could almost feel the forest around me, hear its sounds, and sense the presence of the Divine moving through the story.
The tale is deeply immersive, but what stayed with me even more was the wisdom silently woven into every page. I found myself pausing and reading certain lines again and again.
Beneath the legend are profound reflections on the Divine, Bhakti, the path of the seeker, and the inner lessons that spiritual life demands. At times, it felt as though Guruji was not merely telling us a story, but gently teaching through it. This is not a book I would simply read once and keep aside. It feels like something to return to repeatedly, because each reading may reveal another layer, another insight, another teaching that was missed before.
The Legend of Karinkutti is so much more than a story to be read and enjoyed. It invites absorption and reflection. My heartfelt gratitude to Guruji for such a beautiful and profound work.
